Question 1

How many cars does one double cantilever column cover?

Accepted Answer

We set the column spacing during design for your site. In a common layout each frame covers a two-car width on each side, but arm size, fabric and wind exposure can change that. Your drawing shows the exact count before you commit.

Question 2

Can our car park stay open during installation?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We divide your car park into zones and fence off only the area we are working on, moving zone by zone. We schedule footings, steel erection and fabric fitting to keep as many bays open as possible.

Question 3

Where does rainwater go on a Y-shaped roof?

Accepted Answer

A Y-frame slopes to the centre, so water gathers over the column line. We let it drop at the column base onto a drain, add a gutter along the row, or adjust the roof profile, whichever suits your site. HDPE lets light rain pass through, so drainage matters most with PVC.

Question 4

What is the difference between a double cantilever and a T cantilever?

Accepted Answer

Both use a central column. Our double cantilever has longer arms, usually angled up into a Y, to cover two full rows of parked cars. Our T cantilever has a flatter, balanced beam for narrower island or median rows. We recommend one after measuring your rows.

Question 5

Can you build on our existing kerbed central island?

Accepted Answer

Yes, if the island is wide enough for the footing. We break out the kerb or paving at each column, cast the footing and reinstate the finish. If the island holds light poles or irrigation, we plan the columns around them.

Question 6

Do you work on Aramco and industrial sites?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We are a Saudi Aramco approved vendor (Vendor ID 10114822) with industrial projects such as SABIC Jubail, SWCC Yanbu and Petropan PS1 Riyadh. Our crews follow your site's safety, permit-to-work and access rules, and we plan deliveries around restricted gates and working hours.
