Our story
We have been building shade structures in Saudi Arabia for more than 25 years. What started as shade work for local clients now covers energy producers, banks, hospitals, schools, hotels and government bodies, from the Eastern Province to the Red Sea coast.
Fabrics, designs and project sizes have changed a lot in that time. The way we treat your project has not. We come to your site, we engineer the shade for that site, we build it in our own workshop in Dammam and our own people install it. We do not pass parts of your job to subcontractors, because when something carries our name, we want to be the ones responsible for it. For you, that means one phone number to call, from the first question to the last bolt and for years after handover.

What we do
We are your single-source shade contractor. You tell us what you want to shade; we handle everything else
- Free site visit and advice: we measure your bays, check the ground and access, and tell you honestly which shade type and fabric suit your site and budget.
- Design and drawings: you get a layout drawing and a clear written quotation before you pay anything, so you see exactly what you are buying.
- Fabrication in our own workshop: steel columns and frames in MS, GI or hot-dip galvanised finish, and fabric in PVC, HDPE, PTFE or GRP in 12 colours, all checked by our own quality control.
- Installation by our own crews: the same trained teams install in every region of Saudi Arabia. A villa carport takes 1–2 days on site; 10–20 bays take about 2–4 weeks including footing cure.
- Permits: where your site needs a Balady carport permit, we prepare the shade drawings and work with a licensed engineering office to file it.
- Maintenance after handover: annual maintenance plans quoted to suit your shade and site, plus re-tensioning, cleaning, repairs and fabric replacement whenever you need them.

We are a Saudi Aramco approved vendor under Vendor ID 10114822 and a STAR Verified Contractor. For your procurement team this saves time and risk: we have already passed a demanding supplier qualification, and we are used to detailed specifications, permits to work, inspections and full documentation. You can quote our vendor ID directly when you add us to a tender or vendor list.
We have delivered on Aramco-related sites, including the Petropan Saudi Aramco PS1 project in Riyadh and a Saudi Aramco site in Najran, as well as work for Nabors Drilling.
