About these terms
By using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website. Project work is always governed by the written quotation or contract signed for that project.
Information on this website
We work to keep product descriptions, specifications and photos accurate and up to date. They are for general information. Final sizes, materials, colours and specifications for your project are those confirmed in your written quotation.
Quotations
- Prices are given only in a written quotation after we understand your site, usually after a site survey.
- Each quotation states what is included, the validity period and the payment terms.
- Prices are in Saudi Riyals (SAR) and VAT is applied as required by Saudi law.
Orders and project work
A project starts only after you accept the quotation in writing and any agreed advance payment is made. Delivery and installation dates are planned with you and depend on site access, permits and weather.
Site access and permits
You are responsible for giving our team safe access to the site and for any permissions from the property owner, building management or municipality, unless your quotation says that we will arrange them.
Warranty
Warranty terms, where offered, are stated in the quotation or contract for each project and apply to normal use and the maintenance advice we provide.
Use of the website
You may view and share our pages for personal or business information. You may not copy our text, photos or logos for commercial use, or use the website in any way that harms it or other users.
Intellectual property
All content on this website — text, photos, drawings and logos — belongs to Umbrella Parking Shades or is used with permission.
Limitation of liability
We are not liable for any loss caused by relying only on general website information without a written quotation, or by temporary unavailability of the website.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
